Aucune communication. J’ai laissé mes blanks chez atout après avoir parlé à Carole. Je me suis ensuite blessé, fait opérer et au lit pour 3 mois. J’ai fait plusieurs tentative de poursuivre la communication pour une job, Denis ma rappelé une fois pour trouvé la solution de ma demande disant qu’il avait une erreur, j’étais prette à tout. il dit ensuite qu’il va m’appeler le lendemain pour entreprendre les démarches. Il ne l’a jamais fait. J’ai téléphoné, écrit des courriels pendant 4 mois, pour qu’ensuite ils me disent de revenir chercher mes produits. Lorsque j’y suis allé, Denis me dit, as-tu téléphoné avant ? Lorsque j’ai jamais eu de retour.

I hired Pacific Glass and Mirror Inc to make and install mirrors for my home. I sought out 4 other Glass/Mirror companies within the GTA. Pacific Glass and Mirror Inc had the best value for pricing.I worked with Joyce to get an initial quote based on my amateur measurements and she was able to schedule an installer to come on site and take proper measurements as well as assess the area to ensure the mirror would be installed properly.My mirrors were INSTALLED within TWELVE CALENDAR DAYS from my first phone call to Pacific Glass and Mirror Inc. This is amongst, if not, the fastest time versus their competitors.The installers were VERY careful, clean, and respectable to my property. taking off their shoes, laying carpet for where they would work, etc. I felt the areas they worked was actually cleaner than before they had arrived.
